Christopher Bonner
I am a second year student interested in pre-Civil War African American history. More specifically, I study urban free black communities and black leadership in the first half of the nineteenth century.
Originally from Virginia, I graduated in 2008 with a BA in History from Howard University in Washington, D.C. On the rare occasions when I'm not in the library, I like to read (fiction) and watch TV, especially during football season.
